Thunder Knock Off Capitals 5-2
The Zurich Midget Boys knocked off the Walkerton Capitals by a score of 5-2 for their 2nd straight win to start the season. Joe Mathonia and Tyler Merner potted 2 each and John Cooke scored 1, Joe Lynn and Cooke had 2 assists each, Josiah Steckle, Travis Cressman, Wade Coombs, Marshall Pettapiece and Mathonia accounted for the other assists. Will Overholt was solid in between the pipes to pick up the win.
