Thunder Battle to a Tie with Cyclones
The Zurich Thunder traveled to Listowel on Sunday evening coming out with a tie. The game was a pretty physical one and the boys did well to keep there head in the game. It was a back & forth battle exchanging all 10 goals in the first two periods while both teams were kept off the scoreboard in the third. Leading the offence charge with both players having a 5 Pt night were Avery Timmermans 3G, 2A & Travis Cressman 2G, 3A. Picking up a couple assists for John Cooke & also Joe Mathonia with an assist. The boys are back in action on Wed in the Thunder Dome to battle arch Rivals Goderich.
