On July 1, 2019 Rowan's Law Act and Regulations came into effect. The purpose of Rowan's Law is to create concussion awareness and provide safe sport participation.
It requires that all players/parents and team officials read the Rowan's Law information package and provide a signed acknowledgement form before they can participate in any on ice activities.
