Who We Are:
Zurich Minor Athletic Association (ZMAA) is a volunteer-based organization dedicated to keeping youth sports alive and thriving for families in the small community of Zurich, and surrounding area. ZMAA executive members are enthusiastic parents, passionate about providing a positive and fulfilling experience for our local families by way of organized sports.
Our Philosophy:
ZMAA strives to create a safe, nurturing environment in all facets of our program. We encourage our youth to grow as skilled athletes but also aim to use team sports as a vehicle to instill strong, positive character traits. We highlight the importance of fair-play, good sportsmanship and respect for all others. Fostering self-esteem, self-respect and self-confidence are all at the forefront of our approach.
With the support of our volunteers, our local youth will continue to have opportunities to participate in team sports within their own community. If this helps our children to grow into team players who are strong in body, mind and character, we will consider our efforts a success.
