REFUND POLICY:
Notice of intent to withdraw a player's registration must be submitted to the ZMAA Treasurer in writing (email preferred). As per the Constitution, refunds will be granted based upon the date of receipt of a member's written request as follows:
-from date of registration through August 15: 100%
-August 15 to October 15: 75%
-October 15 to November 15: 50%
-November 15 to December 15: 25%
-after December 15 there will be no refunds
