2023/24 Registration Information

Registration is now open for the 2023/24 season. Introducing U9 Girls Hockey!

Payment Information:
E-Transfers: Please send payment to [email protected] Please include participant's name(s) in the note section of the e-transfer.
Cheque Payments: Please make cheque payable to ZMAA and mail to: Jocelyn Klopp, Treasure of ZMAA, 37550 Zurich-Hensall Rd., Zurich, ON. N0M 2T0. Please include participant's name(s) in the memo section of the cheque.

Optional Payment Plan: Two equal payments with two post-dated cheques with the following dates:

NSF Cheques: There will be a ZMAA administration fee of $35.00 for all NSF cheques.
Volunteer Bond Cheques:A volunteer bond cheque of $200/player will be required. Registration is not considered complete until a volunteer bond cheque is received by ZMAA. We are excited to announce that ZMAA will be working with the Bean Festival once again for volunteer shifts. Signup for volunteer shifts will available at our year-end banquet or by emailing an executive member after the banquet date.
- Volunteer Bond Cheques are to be dated Sept. 1, 2023 and made out to ZMAA (# of players X $200).
- Payment must be made in full prior to participating in on ice activity.
- All registration for Zurich Minor Athletic Association are subject to approval by the Executive.
