THUNDER PEEWEE GIRLS STILL ROLLING........UNDEFEATED THRU FIRST 4 GAMES
PEEWEE THUNDER GIRLS STILL ROLLING............. THEY REACH 4 GAME UNDEAFEATED STREAK

The Thunder traveled to Lambeth Lancers to play another of their arch rivals. Lancers opened the scoring, but Rilee Brown decided that would be all the Lancers would get. The girls outplayed the Lancers in first period with lots of opportunity finally late in the 1st Thunder evened the score on a goal from Ava Overholt on a beautiful feed from behind net Hailee Masse & Lindsay Merner. Midway thru the 2nd Cayla Hoffman fooled the goaltender and picking the corner from top of circle what would eventually be the winner. Brown made several stops to seal the deal for the Thunder.

With the 2nd game in just 3 nights the Thunder traveled to Seaforth to take on Ice Stars. The Thunder came out a little tired looking giving the Ice Stars a 1-0 lead after the first. On broken up play  Hailee Masse evened the score
on a breakway with assist's to Ava Overholt & Lindsay Merner. The Ice Stars pulled ahead 2-1 thru 2 periods. On a similar play as Wed night Masse makes a Gretzky like pass out front to Overholt to even up the score, but 5mins later the Ice Stars would take the lead for a third time. With 1:45 on clocked Overholt evened the score on a lovely pass from Samantha Regier & Emma Ducharme. The play was back & forth in the dying seconds but the Thunder held on to the tie. Once again Rilee Brown was stellar in net making several stops. The Thunder looks to extend there streak to 5 on Saturday as Zorra Fusion travels to the Thunderdome for our first home game.
