Thunder Up 2-0 After Big Win At Elma-Logan
The Bantam Rep team took one more step in their bid for the WOAA 'D' Championship and berth in the OMHA finals. 4-2 was the final score in game two with the Elma-logan team putting up a strong battle on home ice. It was the Thunder's first victory of the season in Monkton. Mitch Finlay tallied his second hat trick in as many games and added a helper as the home team could'nt contain him. Joe Mathionia opened up the scroring a mere 11 seconds into the game. Travis Cressman racked up 3 assists and Devon Steckle added the other assist. Game three goes Monday Feb 18 in Elma-Logan.
