Wildcats Win Game 3 To Tighten Series 2-1
The Midget Thunder took one on the chin tonight as Elma-Logan dumped them 4-2 in Monkton. Tyler Merner opened the scoring .42 seconds in a pass form Bryson Volochkov before the Wildcats came back to tie it at one 2 minutes later. Mitch Finlay scored a late one from Nathan King to take the lead 2-1 after one period. After the Wildcats scored 1 in the 2nd the score was knotted at 2 after 2. The boys could not muster up any offense in the 3rd and Elma-Logan scored two in the 2nd half of the final frame to seal the deal. the series now stands at 2-1 for Zurich headed back to Zurich for game 4 Monday night.
