A Tough First Weekend
Our Zurich Atoms had a rough first weekend facing Seaforth on Friday nite and Mitchell Sunday afternoon. Despite the losses, Zurich came out still smiling at the end and everyone had fun. Against Seaforth, Charlie saw a lot of action and Seaforth seemed to keep her and the defense extremely busy. We managed to get a few shots on net throughout the game and late in the third period, Aiden Crane was robbed by the stealth Trevor DeCorte between the pipes for Seaforth. Sunday's game seemed liked dejavue from Friday nite. It's still very early in the season and we know that this team just needs to mesh and get each other's groove. We'll be a different team the next time we face them!
