Ripley - Believe it or Not...
Did we win or didn't we?? Yup, believe it, another win to make the team's stats look pretty darn good thus far!! Ripley visited Beantown last Friday night, Oct. 29 for our last game of the month...
It took a little time for the skates to start REALLY moving as the final score was 10-2 for the hometown BUT at the end of the first period score was a tight 0-0. Not too sure what got the scoring started (perhaps a few girlfriends showed up) but at the end of the second period score was 5-2 for Zurich. Scoring was going back-to-back during the second period but sadly for Ripley scoring was one-sided during the third with the final score (as I said earlier) 10-2. A little different coaching strategy this game as we saw our goaltending being shared between Kim Hendrik and Brett McAllister with Brett starting the game. All in all a good game to watch with some nice passing going on and great team work happening. Keep it up boys and girl!
