Quick Catchup
Just a quick catchup as the webmaster has gotten a tad behind. Well, well, where did we leave off? With two wins I believe and this streak continued as the Bantams hosted Drayton on Friday, Oct. 22. At the end of the first period Zurich was up 3-1 and continued after the end of the second with a 4-1 commanding lead. Cleaning up at the end of the game with a 6-1 final score. Brett McAllister's goal tending - one word - superb.
Sunday, October 24 took us travelling to Blyth - leather town that is - and sad to say I was unable to make it and cannot comment too much other than I may be the good luck charm!! ha ha Seriously now, the final score was 3-1 which is nothing to complain about - a good game score all in all, esp. when Blyth has a history (this season already) of some high scoring wins.... One comment I've heard is that the game seemed to be lopsided when it came to dishing out penalities...
