OMHA Finals Game 1 vs Manvers Mustangs
Sorry for the delay in getting these game details on the Web site, my internet has been down since Sat. and it was finally fixed today. However game 1 was not the out come I was hoping to write about but there is always Game 2 !!
First period summary Manvers 1 goal , Zurich 0 goals. Not much more to say a few penalties and very fast paced 15 mins.
Second period Manvers 1 goal , Zurich 0
Third period the Thunder seemed to come alive and started to force the puck into the offensive end more and after the Mustangs had scored a third goal, Zurich battled back during a power play opportunity off passes from Greg Cooper and Colin Gingerich, Captain Nick LaPorte got Zurich their first goal of the game. Time was running out and the game ended 3-1. Game 2 is this Sat. at 6pm . Send out the message to all your friends and family to come out and help cheer on the Midgets to a Game 2 Win!!
