Hockey Payments Due September 15th
This is just a reminder that payment for the 2024/2025 Hockey Season is due by September 15.
Payment Information:
E-Transfers: Please send payment to [email protected] Please include participant's name(s) in the note section of the e-transfer.
Cheque Payments: Please make cheque payable to ZMAA and mail to: Jocelyn Klopp, Treasure of ZMAA, 37550 Zurich-Hensall Rd., Zurich, ON. N0M 2T0. Please include participant's name(s) in the memo section of the cheque.
Payment Deadline: September 15, 2024
Optional Payment Plan: Two equal payments with two post-dated cheques with the following dates:

NSF Cheques: There will be a ZMAA administration fee of $35.00 for all NSF cheques.
Volunteer Bond Cheques:A volunteer bond cheque of $200/player will be required. Registration is not considered complete until a volunteer bond cheque is received by ZMAA.
- Volunteer Bond Cheques are to be dated Sept. 1, 2024 and made out to ZMAA (# of players X $200).
- Payment must be made in full prior to participating in on ice activity.
- All registration for Zurich Minor Athletic Association are subject to approval by the Executive.
