Hockey Registration Forms for the 2015-2016 season are now available. Please go to the above link to download and print off the forms.
The Awards Banquet and Registration will be taking place on Sunday April 19th @ 1:00PM. Registrations received after this date will be considered late and a $300 late fee will apply.
